The Chocolaterie Artisanale transforms fair-trade and organic cocoa beans into chocolate with unique aromatic notes.
During the visit, Charline will show you (with a tasting session) the different stages of processing, from the bean to the chocolate: quality control of the beans, roasting, crushing, winnowing, grinding and tempering.
