Located at the entrance to the livestock market in the Touches area, this restaurant has the particularity of being as ugly on the outside as it is warm on the inside! It's true that from Monday to Friday, you're immediately immersed in an authentic, "local" atmosphere, with hearty dishes on the plates, served by waitresses who are all as friendly as the next. Fans of veal liver with its garlic and parsley (a real treat!), kidneys, coq au vin, rib of beef, calf's head (second Wednesday of the month), kidneys, beef tartare... Not forgetting the home-made chips (delicious!) and the Thursday specialities: couscous (first of the month), pot-au-feu (second), sauerkraut (third), tartiflette (fourth). A good address, really, with extraordinary value for money (€11.50 for the quick menu). What more can I say? That Francine, the owner, is as smiley as ever.
