We work with local producers, for bread with the local Forges bakery, cheeses from Entrammes and Alexis Painchaud, meat from Gaec de Barbure in Chailland and cider and apple juice from La ferme du Theil in Andouillé. A rotisserie service is also available on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. We continue to provide catering services for associations.
