I set up my business on 1 October 2012 at Le Breil in Saint Poix.
I have 1400m² of cold greenhouses and 3 hectares of land where I can grow vegetables.
It's a fairly deep clay-loam soil that retains water and minerals well. That's what gives the vegetables their flavour.
