At the foot of a beautiful 16th-century château, this mill is the only water-powered mill open to visitors in Mayenne. Listed as a Historic Monument, its current 30-tonne mechanism, the only one of its kind in western France, dates from 1850 and operates on 4 levels: it is driven by a water wheel 5.60 m in diameter and 2 m wide (the mill is started up each time you visit).
