"The route along the Erve valley is a veritable mill route. In Saint-Pierre-sur-Erve, which has been awarded the "Petite Cité de Caractère" label, our Gô mill is the only one to have preserved its equipment: wheels, mechanism, gears, etc. So it's important to safeguard it and publicise it. It operated until 1964 to produce animal flour. Built in the 17th century on the remains of a medieval mill, it enjoyed its golden age in the 19th century.
