I'm Thomas, former chef at Le Beyel in Origné. I cook exclusively with raw and mostly local produce. I offer three services: catering, home cooking workshops and unusual meals.
Whether it's for a group of 10 to 50 people, a birthday party, a company cocktail party or any other occasion, I can cook on site or deliver your meal. I'll write up specific proposals to suit your wishes and budget.
Would you like to learn how to make a pastry, prepare sauces to accompany fish, bone poultry, or just have a good time cooking with friends? I can come to your kitchen to give you a workshop. We decide on the recipe(s) in advance, you tell me the number of participants, I bring the ingredients and we spend a pleasant moment in your home while learning cooking techniques.
I'll suggest booking dates throughout the year for unusual meals. You only find out about the venue in the morning via a message. Let yourself be surprised and enjoy a convivial evening around a large table for around thirty people, sharing a chic country banquet. A time for sharing and discovering surprising places in the south of Mayenne.
