

I farm organically, respecting the balance of the ecosystems in the soil and on the farm. I grow crops one after the other over a long period so that the earth can nourish these plants: alfalfa, wheat, sunflower, rape, buckwheat and plum trees in the hedgerows.
Here, people are at the heart of the farm, which gives me the chance to offer a varied and unique job to permanent staff and others during the long, hot days of picking, haymaking and summer harvesting.
The farm's products are sold in our small region in short circuits, at the farm, in shops, to AMAPs, buying groups, bakers and pancake makers.
