La Haute Juperie is a beautifully restored, detached building, situated on the site of a medieval hamlet, 5 minutes' walk from the village (bakery, mini-market, restaurant, hairdresser, garage). The centre of LAVAL is 20 minutes away by car.
You'll love the country setting of the gîte, on the 1st floor, accessed by a very comfortable staircase. It has an 18m² wooden terrace overlooking the garden, with garden furniture and sun loungers. The 28m² living room includes a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. 1 bedroom (11m²) with 1 double bed (140x190), a desk and a large wardrobe. 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, wardrobe. Shower room. 1 separate toilet. On the ground floor, a fishing room.
There is a private, unfenced garden with barbecue.
In the village, 500 m away, there is a fishing pond, children's play area, boules pitch and footpaths.
In Meslay du Maine, 11km, market, all shops (banks, ATM, pharmacy, doctors, supermarket, petrol...) - Azuréo aquatic centre with swimming pool, paddling pool, sauna and hammam - Pond with supervised swimming in summer, swin-golf, children's games, minigolf, beach.

The gîte is well situated for exploring the Coëvrons (towns of character including Sainte-Suzanne, Parné sur Roc, Saint Pierre sur Erve, Erve valley, Saulges caves, numerous walks, etc.) and the whole of southern Mayenne (Refuge de l'Arche, Château-Gontier, etc.).

You can also take advantage of the many local producers of cheese, bread, vegetables and mohair for knitted products. All these producers will be delighted to welcome you and show you their work. Let the owner be your guide.
