Children will love jumping on the trampoline, swinging around, building huts on the island, etc.
As for the adults, between the fishing (8,000m² pond with carp - 8-10kg, roach, tench and perch), the game of molky, the table tennis table, and all these areas conducive to daydreaming in the orchard or in the shade of the large oak trees, it's likely that you won't get around to it!
The gîte has a large fitted kitchen, and upstairs there's a real maze of rooms, all harmoniously decorated.
There are plenty of comforts in the living room - large-screen TV, large sofa - and in the bedrooms.
Mayenne is 1h20 from Paris by TGV, and the line doesn't pass very far from the property. In the gîte, you won't hear much of the train going by, and in the garden you won't really notice as you feel so immersed in nature.
