Established in 2020, Jardins Ty-Bio is a small market-garden farm producing a wide range of organic vegetables. Covering half a hectare, around forty different vegetables and almost 200 varieties are available throughout the season, offering a whole range of tastes and colours in your baskets.
We don't use any chemicals here - we use beneficial insects as our allies, so we pamper them by giving them shelter and food through hedges, plant cover and flowers. Of course, not everything depends on them. We also rely (heavily) on protective sails, which act as a physical barrier to pest insects and at the same time create a microclimate conducive to good plant growth.
To produce all these beautiful (and tasty!) vegetables, we use our hands a lot, so we're a bit like artisans of the earth. And we're delighted to be able to offer you the fruits of our labour at the farm market on Fridays from 5pm to 7pm, with the option of ordering a basket from the online shop in advance, or simply strolling past the stall and following your whims.
And that's not all! You'll also find organic sourdough bread from La Garde (Montaudin), organic eggs from La Morinière (St Berthevin la Tannière), and even jams that we make in our spare time.
The online shop also lets you choose a collection point to pick up your basket on Fridays, in the Fougères area.
And we're on hand every Tuesday morning at the Ernée market.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
