

La Ferme du Puits in Laigné: farmer-baker.
Our bread is made from wheat, spelt, einkorn and rye grown on our farm, where we follow environmentally-friendly farming practices. The cereals are ground on site in a stone mill, the bread is made with natural leaven, the dough is kneaded, divided and shaped by hand, and baked in a wood-fired oven. All of these stages result in a local bread with an authentic taste.
