We are Black Angus beef farmers in the south of Mayenne (53) in the Pays de la Loire region.
Our farm and land are at Chemazé, where we rear organic Aberdeen Angus, a breed that originated in Scotland.
This breed is renowned for its fine, subtle marbling, i.e. the even distribution of its intramuscular fat within the muscle fibres. This characteristic gives it a unique, melt-in-the-mouth flavour for which it is renowned.
Its hardiness means it can stay outside all year round, feeding on the grass of our pastures. It was born to face the elements.
Its exceptional meat has a unique marbling and an unmistakeable nutty flavour, with a guarantee of quality, authenticity and local produce.
From our own cider apple trees, we also produce an organic farmhouse apple juice, pressed on site. Its taste and texture have nothing to do with the usual apple juice - a real apple nectar!
