In its workshop at the Neuville lock, the Coutellerie du Maine Anjou manufactures a range of "l'Anjou" knives, from folding knives to kitchen knives, table knives and, since 2023, "le Mayennais", a folding knife that pays tribute to its region! We also offer knife-making courses ranging from 1 hour to 2 days, giving you the chance to slip into the shoes of a knife-maker and leave with your own creation.
