Go up the left-hand side of Notre Dame church (a listed historic monument dating from the 11th century) and turn right into rue de la Guesdonnière (old wash-house on the right). A little further on the left, take the small path leading to the green lane and continue towards the old station. At the Hôtel-restaurant, cross the D33 by the pedestrian crossing and pick up the greenway again, which runs alongside the old station. Admire the view from the Rosserie viaduct. Continue straight on for almost 1 km and turn right onto La Flémengère to reach La Monnerie. Cross the river La Mayenne using the footbridge, then immediately turn left and follow the river La Varenne until you come to a right-hand turn after the water treatment plant to exit at rue du Gué de Gênes. Turn left and continue as far as the Gué de Gênes housing estate, go down the street on your left and then keep right to drive alongside the motorhome park and follow the river. At the end, turn right to go back up to the Presbytery car park and join the church square.
