As part of the Journées Régionales de la Visite d'Entreprise (Regional Company Visit Days), visit CHAMMES ENROBÉS ET RECYCLAGE, an industrial site at the cutting edge of innovation, in the heart of the Mayenne region.
Located in Sainte-Suzanne-et-Chammes, this VINCI Construction Group plant not only produces asphalt mix for roads, traffic areas and airport runways, it also embodies a new generation of industries committed to the future.
The first to be awarded the in-house "Environmental Excellence" label, the plant has been awarded a 5-star rating, combining high industrial performance with high environmental standards. Here, recycled materials are at the heart of production: in 2024, almost 30% of the materials used came from recycled asphalt, well above the national average. The plant also manufactures more than half of its products at low temperature, thereby reducing its energy and environmental impact.
