Autobiography drawn in space
A member of the company Le Cirque Graphique, Pich is a marvellous manipulator of different objects, much to the visual delight of visitors. In the form of small manipulated forms, the artist wanders through the museum aisles, using his hands and body to create magical levitation effects. Three synchronised acts, set to a soundtrack, set crystal balls, sticks and silver hoops in motion.
This performance is part of the Robert Tatin Museum's summer season, 'Un dimanche chez Tatin'.
"The way I look at the world is shaped by crazy trajectories, impetuous zigzags, graphic jokes and crazy lines, with nothing more than the movement of my hands that let the ink of my objects slip through my fingers. My existence is a series of 90-degree angles, round or not... and sometimes even 360°.
I've decided to make a show of my life and share with you the trivial memories that have shaped my artistic obsessions. Little follies? It's nothing, it's my life."
