The nobles are beheaded, the magistrates brainwashed, the financiers shredded, the peasants crushed by taxes, the poor humiliated for a pittance. Together, Father and Mother Ubu grow rich and sow war, like insatiable ogres.
At the crossroads of clowning, puppetry, object theatre and the small screen, this show is a theatrical UFO that reconciles theatre novices and lovers, the young and the not-so-young, those who don't want to see it, film buffs and cable viewers...
