From the gîte, you can go on short and long walks. You're close to the Corniche de Paille, Mont-Rochard and the Sillé-le-Guillaume forest with its leisure and swimming area.
The gîte comprises a large lounge/kitchen/dining room (41m²) on the ground floor, a shower, separate WC and laundry area on level N-1. On the 1st floor, accessed by a wide staircase: the Vert amande bedroom (14m²) with 1 double bed (160*200), a bench, a desk and chair, and a wardrobe, the Terra cota bedroom (22m²) with a bed (160*200), a sofa, a desk with chair and a large wardrobe. An additional sleeping area (16m²) with 2 single beds and a cot is available: this area does not have a window to the outside.
