The Observatoire Populaire de Laval is offering 2 family events focusing on astronomy and space.
- The planetarium session is common to both events: In the planetarium, you'll feel like you're in a spaceship
and discover the Moon, the planets and our galaxy, with animated films and sky legends...
The planetarium is a half-sphere that you enter and which reproduces the sky. If you have any questions, we'll try to answer them and illustrate them.
The planetarium session will be followed by a telescope observation (planets Jupiter and Mars, galaxies, etc.) depending on the weather, or an explanation of how a telescope works.
