Gîte 5 minutes from Chteau-Gontier, 18th century farmhouse

Gîte designed exclusively for business stays (2 people, 2 bedrooms). Accommodation on the north side of an 18th century farmhouse adjoining 2 other gîtes. Each gîte has its own private space and parking. The grounds are enclosed and planted with trees.

You are in the countryside, yet close to Château-Gontier (5 minutes by car). Neuf Sauveloup is a hamlet of a few houses, on a quiet hillside.

The town of Château-Gontier is well known for its rich heritage, its port, its sports facilities and the variety of its shops.

Within easy reach of Angers (30 mins), Laval (20 mins), Craon (20 mins), the Coëvrons and Sainte Suzanne.
