The Marathon des Ecluses returns in 2025!
On Sunday 28 September 2025, the Comité d'Organisation du Marathon des Ecluses de la Mayenne (COME53) is organising three individual foot races with an official measurement:
- Marathon, regional label qualifying for the French championship
- Half Marathon, regional label
- 10 km, regional label
Registration
- The PPS (health prevention programme) or the FFA licence are compulsory for adults.
You can validate the PPS at the following address:
https://pps.athle.fr/ , you will obtain a code that you will need to enter in the "Running info - licence/PPS" section in order to validate your registration.
Collection of race numbers
- Saturday 27 September for all races: 1pm to 7pm - Venue to be confirmed
- Number collection on Sunday morning:
Marathon, in Martigné sur Mayenne, from 7.30am to 8.45am - Salle des Fêtes
Half-Marathon, in Montgiroux, from 8.15am to 9.30am - Halte Fluviale
10KM, in Changé, from 7.45am to 9am, - Parc des Sports (rue du Parc des Sports)
-> Dossier complete on race day for all races - No disputes will be dealt with on site (forgotten number, missing PPS, etc.....).
Numbers can be sent if registration is complete and validated before 14/09 (see race regulations).
Electronic number collection: a few days before your event, you will receive your number with a QR Code by e-mail (also available on your runner's account on Klikego), which you will need to present when collecting your number.
Possibility of collection by a third party on presentation of a copy of your identity card (except if health regulations require a check of the vaccination pass, in which case the collection can only be made by the person him/herself).
Shuttle bus
Only for the Marathon and Half-Marathon - must be booked when registering.
- Marathon: shuttle buses will transport athletes only from LAVAL to MARTIGNE SUR MAYENNE (no return journey Laval=>Martigné): Shuttles depart at 7.30am - Rue du vieux St Louis - Square de Boston, near the finish.
- Half-Marathon: shuttle buses will transport athletes only from LAVAL to MONTGIROUX (no return from Laval=>Montgiroux): Shuttles depart at 8am - Rue du vieux St Louis - Square de Boston, near the finish.
Shuttle buses are preferable, as there is no on-site parking. Drop-off is possible at the crossroads on the route de Sacé coming from Martigné. The road will be closed to all vehicles from 7.30am from the crossroads of the route de Sacé to St Germain d'Anxure (see map on the website).
Race numbers must be presented at the entrance to the bus.
