A true craftsman, he draws his creativity from French gastronomy, which he revisits by adding flavours from his travels ....
We wanted to create a pleasant setting for a family meal, a business lunch or a dinner for two. With this in mind, we worked with the carpenter in Chailland for the oak tables.

"I trained as a chef and now have over 18 years' experience. I've had the opportunity to travel (Germany, Switzerland, England, Vietnam) and work in prestigious establishments, which influences my cuisine: traditional, cosmopolitan, creative and daring. I'm very sensitive to the quality and freshness of products, so I usually make my own bread and butter, and work with local producers... A few years ago, I felt the call of the country, so I came back to Mayenne, my home region... Back to my roots... I'm often described as passionate, modest, generous and demanding!
