The Champs Gourmands Mayennais is a collective adventure led by CIVAM 53, bringing together producers, market gardeners, committed citizens and food enthusiasts. Their aim? To make organic, local and seasonal food accessible to everyone.
At Les Halles de Laval, their stand offers a twofold experience: tasty, responsible home cooking, and a grocery corner featuring products from Mayenne producers.
At lunchtime on weekdays, you can enjoy a full menu, cooked with organic, seasonal and mostly local produce. In the evening, comforting soups, tartines and Cyril's famous savoury tarts, always with a vegetarian alternative.
Les Champs Gourmands is also a lively place, with events focusing on 'eating better', and a generous brunch every Sunday to round off the week in style. Here, we eat well, we eat well, and we share our values.
