For over 60 years, Le Gars Daudet has been passing on its family know-how of free-range poultry in the Mayenne Angevine region of France. Chickens, guinea fowl, ducks and rabbits are offered whole, cut up or processed into home-made charcuterie and ready meals, prepared with care in Fromentières.
