At the end of the course, you will be able to understand the fundamental principles of syntropic agroforestry and the levers of abundance, distinguish between the concepts of stratification, plant succession and disturbance so as to be able to apply them to your project, understand the techniques available for setting up an ultra-productive plot (sowing, cuttings, etc.) and use a table of successions by stratum adapted to the production of vegetables, small fruit and orchards.
The course takes place over 3 days at the heart of the Oasis Gourmande in Sainte Suzanne on a 5,000 m² experimental site: forest garden in syntropic agroforestry, vegetable garden on living soil enriched with LiFoFer (Fermented Forest Litter), melliferous and fruit-bearing hedges, ecological apiary, micro-nursery, etc.
