The Brasserie Associative de Montflours (BAM) was born of the desire to structure commercial production by developing a local organic sector and offering a popular education space where everyone can brew their own beer.
BAM beers are brewed using a French multi-step method, using a simple temperature probe with no control system. Since 2008, the aim of the B.A.M. association has been to experiment, learn and pass on the art of brewing.
