- Communicate with travellers before their stay.

*Reception and departure of travellers
-We welcome travellers physically on arrival to encourage human interaction!
-Presentation of a welcome pack (specialities and good addresses) prepared by Hôtes Anjou.
- On-site inventory of fixtures and fittings on departure.
*This service is available with the rental management contract or as an à la carte service.
*Maintenance of the furnished accommodation
- Coordination of professional cleaning between each reservation (service billed to travellers).
- Renewal of bathroom linen and bedding (option billed to travellers)
- Replenishment of consumables between bookings so that travellers feel at home from the moment they arrive.
*This service is available with the rental management contract or as an à la carte service.
*Assistance to travellers
- We are available to assist and advise travellers throughout their stay.
- Tourist concierge service (booking activities, advice)
- Rental concierge service (repairs, minor maintenance, additional needs)
