Large farmhouse for 12 or 14 people, set in unspoilt countryside. The river Erve meanders past the property, inviting you to relax. Enjoy the charm of stone, modern comforts and plenty of light! The large picture windows offer a wide view of the natural surroundings.
The accommodation comprises two independent gîtes linked by an internal door, allowing you to move between the two units. It has 4 bedrooms, with additional sleeping space on the mezzanine and in the small fireplace-lounge. Two fully-equipped kitchens allow you to cook just like at home.
The private lake (990m²) is ideal for boating and fishing (carp, gudgeon, perch, roach and carp).
