Charming gîte in the countryside
Welcome to the Gîte de L'épinay for a peaceful stay in the countryside. This gîte has been recently renovated in an old barn.
You will find a dining area, lounge and 4 bedrooms, one of which is suitable for people with reduced mobility (L'Épi de blé, le Verger, la Grange and le Ruisseau). Each bedroom sleeps 2 people and has its own shower room and toilet.
2 rental options:
- The whole Gîte sleeps 8 with family/friends for €300 a weekend
or
- A single room for different travellers or professionals for 80€ per night at the weekend and 50€ per night during the week.
The kitchen, living room and outside area are shared by all 4 bedrooms.
On sunny days, you can enjoy the outdoors (enclosed courtyard, covered area and table facing the pond).
Our Gîte is located 15 minutes from Château-Gontier sur Mayenne, Craon and Segré.
