GÎTE DE L'ÉCOLE

The gîte de l'école in Livet is a large house with 5 bedrooms (9 beds including 8 twin beds 90*200 and 1 bed 160*200), decorated with nods to the school of the 60s. The rooms are spread over 3 floors, with comfortable staircases. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining room can accommodate up to 10 people. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs on the ground floor and 1st floor.
There is a private enclosed garden, with garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue (under construction, completion of fittings and equipment: April 2023).
This is the ideal place to set off on walks in the forest, the Charnie and all the Coëvrons, the highlight of which is Sainte Suzanne (7 km). This town is listed as a "Petite cité de caractère" (small town of character). Castle, museum, walks, restaurants and shops not to be missed. Lots of entertainment during school holidays.

Business stays: 7 people maximum - Housekeeping compulsory (1 cleaning per stay of 1 to 14 nights).
Stays of 1 to 2 nights: arrival evening 4pm and departure evening 4pm.
For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4pm and departure 10am.
