The ARX MVSICA festival was created to allow the public to discover 15th century music in its original context: the walls of the château fortress of Lassay, which will vibrate with the same accents that resounded there at its beginnings.
This year's festival will focus on English and British music from the late Middle Ages.
The three dates of the festival :
- 31 July 2025: Ensemble Céladon, "Deo gratias Anglia".
- 2 August 2025: 4pm lecture on "British medieval music" by Xavier Terrasa / 7pm concert by the ensemble La Flama, "Wee be singers three".
- 5 August 2025: Ensemble Comet Musicke, "Consonnances imparfaites".
