The church of Saint Rémi in Château-Gontier dates from the late 19th century. Its interior decoration is extremely sober.
Completed in 1870, this 13th-century neo-Gothic church is soberly decorated inside. Of particular note are the altar and the chapel of the Blessed Sacrament, decorated in bronze by Poussielgue, a renowned Parisian silversmith.
