Courceriers Castle is a medieval castle rebuilt in the 16th century and partly destroyed in 1961.
Today, the Courceriers estate offers a vast area of ruins, buildings still standing and small architectural details that give an incomplete idea of what it has been like over the years. Raised on a small plateau, the river Vaudelle still runs at the foot of its substantial fortifications.
The remains today include
an entrance gate to the west of the castle, with a Philibert Delorme-style roof frame;
a monumental gateway to the north of the driveway, dating from the medieval period;
a chapel ;
the dwelling ;
a tower now used as tourist accommodation.
