Farm products
For over 18 years, the charcuterie de l'Erve has been offering 100% traditional products, made directly on the farm with pigs reared on the premises and fed on cereals grown on the farm. This total control guarantees freshness, quality and authenticity.
The stand features more than 60 home-made creations: smoked charcuterie (andouille, ham, garlic sausage), pâtés in a variety of flavours (country, rabbit, poultry liver, etc.), not forgetting the Erve terrine, the house speciality. The team is particularly proud of its white ham and rillettes, which won a gold medal in 2020. For grilled meats, traditional sausages and merguez sausages complete this generous selection.
