Initially, by walking the paths of the Refuge de l'Arche in search of local wildlife, you will get to know the animals that live around you. During the walk, you will learn about the dangers that threaten our local wildlife and what you can do to help them in your own backyard. You'll also learn about the workings of wildlife centres and how to respond to an animal in distress.
Then, as a family, you'll make a nesting box that you can put up at home to welcome wild birds and watch them.
