Anjou Fleurs is a family project that began in Saint-Martin Villenglose in 2013. It involves taking care of the plots, converting them to organic farming, pampering them with plant fertilisers and irrigating them by restoring hedges and ditches.
What is blueberry hydrolate? After passing through a still, the flowers, or more precisely the flowering tops, produce a cornflower hydrosol or cornflower floral water in non-scientific terms. Cornflower hydrosol is renowned for its decongestant properties and for soothing swollen, irritated eyes and eyelids at the end of the day. Its astringent properties are ideal for restoring radiance to dull skin.
