Saulges in 1900 meant hotels, schools, shops and, of course, caves! Come and relive the Belle Epoque of Saulges for a weekend! Decorations, costumes, entertainment, concerts, old-fashioned games, photographers' and painters' competitions in the town... Discover the programme:
Friday 25 July from 7pm: introduction to swing and lindy hop, fashionable dances of the 1920s! The A Tout Swing d'Angers association awaits you on the dance floor!
At 9pm, discover Laurinne's velvet voice and her repertoire of songs from the 30s to the 60s! Do you like Piaf, Brel or Elvis? You're in for a treat!
Saturday 26 July, from 8am: registration for photographers and painters in the town. Amateur or professional, enter the competition and try to win the public vote! Prizes awarded at 5.30pm.
3pm: opening of the local producers' and craftsmen's market, calligraphy, old-fashioned games, a visit to the 1930s cinema in Saulges... come and have a look around the market and enjoy the many afternoon events!
At 6pm and 7pm, meet the Miss Tinguettes, two comedians who will tell you all about their hopes, setbacks and stories in song, in a retro style that we love!
The dance floor remains open to all dancers until...late!
